DONT GO TO THE SHRINK.!! (x kirelah hosp gov or private)
why?
coz kalo gov hospital..instead of getting relieved,korg akan merase bertambah2 saket jiwa bile terpakse menunggu giliran berjmpe pakar psikiatris..appointment 9am...11am belom tentu dpt msk lg..
dan kalo di private hospital plak...mmg jangka waktu menunggu x lama n layanan tip top la..they even ask the right questions and give us the full positive ions that can lat until the next appointment.
but the only problem here is...bile tibe time korg nak bayo...muahahahah..mau saket jiwe la kot nak kuarkan dr poket.
itula kot sistem di malaysia..i dont know negara lain.our private rate is kinda high...manakala in gov hosp..jangka masa menunggu sgtlah lama.
so kalo rs stress ke ape ke..pandai2 la release kn sendiri.unless u r super rich xperlu koje leh tggu berjam2 di hosp gov orrr...u can pay shrink tu rm100 per hour pon xde hal..kan?
muahahah..
